A facility run by BaptistCare and funded partially through government grants, this temporary housing venue hosts 56 self-contained pods for residents who lost their houses due to flooding within the region.
What we did
24/7 Roster
Reddawn provides a 24/7 roster of guards who overview the site. Working closely in-alignment with the BaptistCare team and building rapport with the residents at the facility.
Roles Onsite
As part of our role we monitor the CCTV, respond to and report on incidents, provide daily statistical reporting, perform site patrols and security checks of buildings, become familiar with social workers and weekly visitors, and liaise with the onsite BaptistCare operations team.
Access Control
Our guards are the frontline to access control to the site. This includes the operation of the boom gate for vehicles and management of visitors parking. In addition residents must be verified upon entry and visitors checked in and out of the site.
