Easts Clubs
Reddawn provides security to the Bondi, Berkeley, Waverly and Kingswood Easts Club Locations. Each with their own style and demographic of attendee, Reddawn works with the Easts Operations Manager and each specific Venue Manager to get the right fit of services for their requirements.
What we did
Customer Service
Security assists with management of various situations at these venues, often of which include a customer service element. Providing directions withinthe venue, updates on daily club occurrences, and assisting with patron questions(where’s the 21st party? What time is the raffle? etc).
Security Services
Security also assists in a formal manner, stepping in to assist with the refusing of entry to self-excluded patrons and banned patrons, Monitoring for RSA and facilitating cessation of services or ejections if required and assisting with lost children or persons.
Daily Duties
At these locations we assist with CCTV monitoring, daily report logs, customer service, venue sign in, RSA and general security and safety services. Day positions provide concierge services, stationed at the entry to the venue, whilst night positions focus on patrols, venue integrity and asset protection.
